All I can tell you is that I am using Thoosje sidebar. I change the PNG files of the "gadgets" to match the WB skin. I use Photoshop. I have no idea if you can do that in Vista. This is more or less how I make weather widgets and rainys to match WB skins too, that is unless someone like Lovely62 hasn't done it already. This method can also work on docks too. Once you fool with it for awhile you'll see it ain't rocket science.
